Delivery

We deliver within Australia. Delivery timeframes and costs depend on your location and the items ordered. When you enquire, we will provide delivery options and a quote. Orders are placed by enquiry only; no payment is taken on this website.

Return period

You may return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

Conditions for return

Items must be unused and in resaleable condition. Packaging should be intact. We may refuse returns that do not meet these requirements. Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible.

Cost of return shipping

You are responsible for the cost of sending the item back unless the return is due to our error or a faulty or misdescribed item. We will confirm who bears the cost when you request a return.

Contact us via the Contact page to request a return. Include your order reference and reason. We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a returns authorisation.

Non-returnable items

Custom or made-to-order items, and items that have been used or damaged after delivery, may not be accepted for return. Perishable or hygiene-sensitive goods may also be non-returnable.

General legal requirements

Under the Australian Consumer Law you may be entitled to remedies (such as repair, replacement or refund) for goods that do not meet a consumer guarantee (for example, goods that are not of acceptable quality or not as described). This return policy is in addition to those statutory rights and does not replace or limit them. Where the law applies, your statutory rights are not affected.

Order cancellation policy

You may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched. Once dispatched, the return process above applies.

Refund procedure

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. The refund will be made to the original payment method. Delivery charges may not be refunded unless the return is due to our error. If an item is faulty or not as described, we will arrange a replacement or full refund including delivery where applicable.
